There was really nothing to post about for Day 12. I did my lower body workout and followed my nutrition plan. I do need to come up with some excercises that will make me feel the burn more I guess you could say that.
Today is Day 13 and tomorrow is my free day. I got up this morning, got into my workout closes and proceded to go to the basement. I set up the fan so I would have some air circulating. I realized that the treadmill in the basement goes a bit faster than the ones at work. My goal is going to be to invest in a better treadmill. I don't know what it is about my Saturday workouts but I feel totally wiped when I am done. I am not sure because it is the 6th day straight of exercising or what. My nutrition is going well, I know the plan well enough to make the right choices if need be.
I got two new pairs of workout shorts and one new top. It'll be awhile yet before I am able to fit into my other workout clothes that are all too small for me. At times it's kind of depressing not being able to fit ito most of my clothes. They are either too tight or don't fit at all. I can't wait to start feeling comfortable in my clothes again.
I got a package in the mail today. I know that I am horrible at posting pictures. Sometimes it's just a pita to download the pictures to the computer, then upload them to flickr and post them here. Back to the package it's my Don't Be Blue kit from not getting into the Loopy Ewe Sock Club this year. The package contained a really cute pen, a lime green Loopy Ewe tote bag, a pattern from Wendy Johnson and also a skein of Handmaiden Casbah dyed especially for the club. I will post pictures soon.
At the moment, I either want to knit or take a nap. I haven't made up my mind what I want to do yet.
