Everytime I write up my cardio exercise plan I have doubts. My doubts usually am I able to complete my workout. Today's cardio session was no exception. I woke up this morning dreading my cardio workout. When I wrote the plan up yesterday, it was different from my plan on Tuesday. Today's cardio consisted of a five minute warm-up, ten minutes of jogging, three minutes of walking and a final ten minutes of jogging before the cool down. Never in my life have I jogged for 10 minutes straight, even when I was in my best physical shape. I think that I am going to do this cardio session again on Saturday and next week I may just start out with 20 or 25 minutes of jogging. The program says that it should be 25 minutes but I just can't wrap my mind around going from 10 minutes of jogging to 25 minutes.
The other progress that I have to share is that I am on the gusset decreases of Kai-mei. So far the sock has been a very fast knit. I need to have Kai-mei completed by June 15th so that I can have them in the mail to my swap partner. I probably will have them finished by the end of the month. I believe next month I am going to knit Wendy Johnson's Lacy Rib socks and then one of Cookie's patterns from her new book that the KAL decides to knit. Oh and I almost forgot, I have to knit a wee sock by the beginning of June for another swap.
